Kikito and Casi De La Torre

Kikito De La Torre- Kikito De La Torre's life journey began in Panama City, Panama in 1966. He experienced homelessness, abuse by the Catholic church, and detachment from family and guidance during his childhood. This lead to detachment from religious belief’s and local spiritual faith. With the guidance of his mother and grandmother, and the promise to the United States Marines, he was introduced to a whole new world in the US where he later joined the US Army. As a US soldier in Desert Storm, he witnessed the horrors of war and learned the skill of survival after death. Kikito has dedicated his adult life to serving the community, with 25 years of experience as a community service officer, officer of the courts, and certifications in addiction, anger management, child abuse, couples counseling, and veterans peer counseling. He also assisted in the supervision of the daily operations at a women’s shelter in the local Family Services community and help opened a veteran’s court in the DA’s office. He is bilingual in Spanish and English (conversational German) and believes that his entire life has been training for his current mission, which he started with his co-founder and wife Casi De La Torre.

Casi De La Torre

Casi De La Torre (CJ) - CJ's journey began with a challenging childhood that included estranged parents, physical abuse, and a lack of spiritual guidance. Despite these obstacles, she persevered and obtained an insurance license to support her family, assisted her father run his pool building business, and eventually became a supervisor at the district clerk's office. However, she still felt unfulfilled and longed for deeper meaning in her life. That's when she met Kikito De La Torre through divine intervention. With him having PTSD, mental illness, physical illness and cancer, she dedicated herself to find a more natural holistic approach to his health besides putting poison into his body through prescribed medication. She has dedicated her life to be a holistic caretaker for him and is being called to do the same for all 8 billion humans. Together they founded a holistic health and wellness retreat, focusing on spiritual and holistic practices to help people connect mind, body, and soul. Alongside this work, CJ has also become a licensed real estate broker in Texas and and an international investor, leveraging her experience in business ownership and customer service to help individuals and families.

We are on a mission to save the world as I Karma Creations.

James Woodrome, MA

James has been a spiritual seeker for many years and brings a unique perspective to helping others achieve spiritual awakening.

Having worked as an LPC, specializing in trauma (PTSD) James found that the standard therapies offered did not often lead to the client finding peace or happiness. More often there was temporary relief followed by a return to the pain and suffering previously experienced. Spiritual practices and a different philosophy of living were far more often effective at creating a lasting peace and inner transformation. This requires a consistent application of spiritual principles, but it is well worth the effort. A life of peace and serenity is available to those who sincerely want it.

James Woodrome received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and earned a Masters in Counseling Psychology, (LPC) at St. Edwards University in Austin. He has been a student of spiritual living for the last 35 years. He is a practitioner of Zen, Taoism as well as other mystical traditions. He lives with his wife Jessica in Spring, TX

Dimitri Rasti

My name is Dimitri Rasti, and I have been a fitness coach for over 15 years.  While some call this “personal training”, I take it a step further and get into the head of my clients.  We all have emotional reasons for getting into fitness, and much of the time we try to tune out the work by watching TV or scrolling on our cell phones.  My job is to make sure you are engaged mentally, physically, and even emotionally when necessary.

Some of the best feedback I get is, “thank you for the therapy session” because my clients really feel a release at the end of the session.  I combine aspects of traditional body building, Crossfit, Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training, and combat sports (in the form of boxing or kickboxing).  During my time as a coach, I’ve helped countless people build their confidence and reshape their bodies.  But my proudest moments came when I was able to help people get past their childhood traumas.  I’ve even had clients in tears of joy at the end of some of the boxing workouts, letting go of old emotions they didn’t realize were trapped within their mind and locked within the body.

I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and I love to watch transformations especially in the attitude and overall energy of my clients.  The physical part is the obvious, but when you can feel the positive change in their being, its one of the most satisfying feelings I have as a coach.

Learn more about the Embera Tribe

The Embera Tribe originated in the Darien river, in Panama and the Choco region, in Columbia. The population is around 33,000 in Panama and around 50,000 in Columbia. They are now in Chargres National Park for a better lifestyle and closer access to their living needs: medicine, education, and more. The money they get from tourist visiting is how they get their income for medicine, gas, school supplies and more. The tourists encourage them to embrace their culture because it makes them proud when people come to meet them and learn about the Embera culture.

100% of our profits made from the Embera Indigenous Tribe creations are given back to them to help with uniforms, school supplies, medical, other living expenses, and any other direct mission essentials.
